Archaeological Relief Style
The surface is intentionally weathered and time-worn rather than perfectly smooth. Dimensional relief and irregular artifact-like texture create an ancient, excavated character without imitating a fossil.

No two pieces are exactly alike. Base tone, growth patterns, iridescence and color distribution naturally vary from one piece of shell to another. The same individual piece can also appear brighter, darker or reveal different colors as lighting and viewing angle change.

Mother of Pearl is a natural material, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Even pieces sold under the same shell color may differ naturally in base tone, color distribution, growth patterns, iridescence and brightness.
The appearance of the same piece also changes with lighting and viewing angle. Product photos represent the overall design and character of the item; the shell you receive will have its own natural color pattern and optical effects.
